用Mastercam9.0进行直动滚子推杆盘形凸轮的轮廓设计

摘要 对直动滚子推杆凸轮的设计和加工,传统的工艺是:先用作图的方法画出凸轮的轮廓曲线,再用手工操作的方法制出模板,然后放到仿形机床上去加工;今天,由于数控机床的广泛应用,凸轮的设计和加工手段发生了质的变化,只要能用相关的软件设计出凸轮的轮廓曲线,就能很容易地利用数控机床来进行加工。Mastercam9.0是一种应用广泛的CAD/CAM软件,直接用Mastercam9.0来进行凸轮的轮廓曲线的设计和加工,可以提高设计和加工的精度,本篇通过一个实例,详细地介绍用Mastercam9.0进行直动滚子推杆盘形凸轮的轮廓设计的方法。 The traditional design and machining method of disc cam with pushing bar of roller is as follows: drawing the profile of cam at first, and then making a molding board by hand, finally machining it on copying machine. Nowadays, that method is changed greatly with the widely application of NC machine. It is easy to machine a cam with NC machine if only the profile of cam is designed by software. Mastercam9.0 is a CAD/CAM software used widely which can enhance accuracy of design and machining. An example is illustrated to introduce the method of designing the profile of disc cam with pushing bar of roller with Mastercam9.0 in this paper.
