摘要
文章在充分利用USB使用方便、速度快、总线供电方便、连接灵活和传输模式多等优点的基础上,提出了在CNC机床上应用的USB数据采集系统,该系统能够快速可靠地实现机床状态参数的采集、传输及处理等功能。
In this paper, the data acquisition system based on USB has been presented and implemented on CNC machine, according the USB feature, easy operation, fast speed, convenient bus supply power, flexible connection and multiple transfer modes, etc. The system can realize collection and transferring of machine condition parameters prompt and reliably.
