骨性膝关节炎关节滑液蛋白分析

Aanalysis and clinical significance of synovial fluidprotein in knee joint of osteoarthritis

目的观察骨性膝关节炎患者膝关节滑液中的蛋白质变化。方法对2例骨性膝关节炎患者膝关节滑液进行研究,并与2例健康人膝关节滑液进行对比,应用蛋白质芯片——飞行时间质谱仪进行关节滑液的蛋白平行检测。结果实验组在15979.8分子量和15977.7分子量处出现一个蛋白质峰,对照组无蛋白质峰出现。结论膝关节骨性关节炎患者的膝关节滑液中产生了特异性的蛋白质,这种蛋白质在健康人的膝关节滑液中不存在。

Objective To investigate the change and significance of synovial fluid protein in knee joint with osteoarthritis.Methods Proteins were measured in synovial fluid samples from 2 patients with osteoarthr-itis(OA)and from 2 normals by using ProteinChip TM Array-Time of flight massspectrograph (TOFMS).ResultsA protein hump appears at 15979.8+H and 15977.7+H in experimental group,but not appears in control group.Conclusion There is a kind of special protein in synovial fluid of patient's knee joint with osteoarthritis.
