摘要
分析了目前我国计量供热收费面临的主要问题,探讨了计量供热收费模式和统一热价与统一供暖费标准的制订方法,提出了基于统一热价及统一供暖费标准的多级热计量和多种供热收费结算方式。
Key problems faced currently in metered heat-supply charging in China are analyzed, the method to establish the model for metered heat-supply charging and the criterion of unified heat rates and unified heating tariff is discussed, and the settlement model for multi-level heating metering and different heat-supply charging based on the criterion of unified heat rates and unified heating tariff is put forward.
