摘要
分析了某地区集中供热系统在节能、环保方面存在的问题,提出控制煤质、改造锅炉炉体、鼓引风机实施变频调速调节、采用湿式二级除尘装置、加强热网热力平衡调整5方面的综合节能措施,对节能改造后供热系统的经济性进行了分析。
The problems existing in energy saving and environmental protection of the centralized heat-supply system in a certain region are analyzed. Comprehensive measures on energy saving are put forward in five aspects,including controlling coal quality, reconstructing boiler body, applying variable frequency regulating speed control for forced and induced draft fans, utilizing wet-type secondary dust removal device and reinforcing thermal balance regulation of heat-supply network. The economy of reconstructed heat-supply system is analyzed.
