复合肉质改进剂对猪生产性能及肉质的影响 被引量:2

摘要 选择健康、体重在6 0kg左右的杜长大肥育阉公猪16头,随机分为2组,每组8头,饲喂在同一栋猪舍。对照组为常规日粮,试验组添加复合肉质改进剂(0 .2 % ) ,研究其对生长猪生产性能及肉质的影响。结果表明:使用肉质改进剂后,能提高猪的日增重,改善饲料利用率。同时,对猪的胴体品质和肉质指标有较大改善作用,显著增加或提高猪的眼肌面积和瘦肉率(P <0 .0 5 ) ,降低背膘厚度(P <0 .0 5 ) ,降低背长肌的L 值(P <0 .0 1)和滴水损失(P <0 .0 5 ) ,改善肉品质量。 pigs of Duroc×Landrace×Large Yorkxia with 60 kg body weigh averagely were allotted to 2 group to study the effects of the compound meat quality ameliorant on performance and meat quality of pigs. The control group was fed with basic ration and the experimental group was fed with basic ration adding 0.2% compound meat quality ameliorant. The results showed that the compound meat quality ameliorant added to pigs could improve the ADG and F/G, and acquired more economic benefits. It could improve meat quality index. It could increase the longissimus-eye area and muscle ratio greatly(P<0.05),decease surface lightness L * (P<0.01) and percentage of drip loss (P<0.05).
