摘要
给出了充氢CuBr激光放电管温度场的数学模型,获得了气体温度场径向分布解析式,给出了温度分布与输入电功率及缓冲气体热传导的关系。
A simple model of temperature field was presented for the Ne -H2 -CuBr laser discharge tube. An analytical expression of radial temperature distribution in the tube was obtained. The relation ship between radial temperature distribution, input power and thermal conductivity of the buffer gas has been described.
