周期性极化铌酸锂两种主要制备方法的比较 被引量:1

Comparison of Two Dominant Periodically Poled Lithium Niobate Fabrication Methods

摘要 重点比较了目前制备周期性极化铌酸锂(PPLN)最主要的两种方法:室温下外加电场极化法和激光诱导外加电场极化法,并对未来制备方法的发展趋势作了简单的讨论。 Two current dominant PPLN fabrication methods, external electronic poling at room temperature and laser-induced electronic poling are compared, and the development trend of the future fabrication methods are discussed.
