摘要
针对我国中小稻米企业现状,论述了其大米产品应该选择什么样的分销通路将更加有效这一战略问题。在当前商业业态发生了很大变化的情况下,我国中小稻米企业应该重新审视传统的分销通路并进行一些通路创新,即放弃自建营销网络或者直销的做法,减少弱势渠道的投入,尽可能地争取与异军突起的强势渠道商的合作,扩大大米销量,提高产品影响力。
As to domestic medium- and small-sized rice enterprises, a strategy problem was discussed: what more efficient distributing markets should we choose for our rice products? Under current changeable business situations, our medium-and small-sized rice enterprises should review the traditional distributing markets again and make some innovations, i.e. we should abandon the ways of establishing sale networks by ourselves or direct selling, decrease the investment in weak channel and strive for cooperation with the new rising strong channel, so as to enlarge the rice sale quantity and enhance the product influence.
