摘要
研究了在氮气保护的情况下,以N,N′亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,用过硫酸铵引发玉米淀粉与丙烯酸接枝共聚经干燥制备高吸水性树脂,考察了反应时间、交联剂用量、单体中和度(pH值)、单体用量、引发剂用量、反应温度和干燥温度对吸水性能的影响。得到最佳反应条件为反应时间4h、单体与淀粉的质量比2∶1、单体中和到pH值6.50、交联剂用量和引发剂用量占淀粉的质量分数分别为0.83%和2.50%、反应温度55℃、干燥温度150℃,在该条件下制得吸去离子水高达580倍的吸水性树脂。
The high water absorbing resin was studied, which was prepared by using N,N′-methylene-bisacrylamide as cross-linking agent, through graft copolymerization of corn starch with acrylic acid initiated by ammonium persulfate and then drying under condition of protection by nitrogen. The influence of reaction time, amount of cross-linking agent, neutralization degree of monomer (pH value), amount of monomer, amount of initiator, reaction temperature and drying temperature on water adsorbing performance was investigated. The optimum conditions obtained were reaction time 4 h, mass ratio of monomer to starch 2∶[KG-*2/3]1, neutralization degree of monomer to pH 6.50, percentage of cross-linking agent amount and initiator amount in starch mass 0.83% and 2.50% respectively, reaction temperature 55℃, drying temperature 150℃. The high water absorbing resin with 580 times of adsorbed ion water was prepared under these conditions.
