摘要
简介了瘤胃能氮平衡原理,分析了我国农村典型的“秸秆杂粕”日粮条件下的瘤胃能氮平衡状况,认为瘤胃能量供应不足,即瘤胃能氮负平衡是影响此种日粮条件下泌乳牛生产性能的限制因素。在农村现有生产条件下,处理秸秆粗饲料和提高淀粉瘤胃降解速度是解决瘤胃能氮负平衡的“权宜之策”。
The rumen energy-nitrogen balance principle was briefly introduced and the rumen energy-nitrogen balance situations under condition of typical “straw plus mixed meal” ration in our countryside were analyzed. It is considerable that the insufficient energy supply for rumen, i.e. the rumen energy-nitrogen balance, is a limiting factor that affects the production performance of milking cows under this condition of ration. The processing of coarse straw feed and improving of starch degradation rate in rumen are an “expedient measure” for solving the negative energy-nitrogen balance in rumen under existing production conditions.
