摘要
利用Sprague-Dawley鼠胚颅骨酶消化分段收集原代成骨细胞,在培养物中加入微量元素,进行细胞形态学观察和分泌功能鉴定来阐明Zn、Mg在骨折愈合过程中的代谢情况。实验结果表明:微量元素剂量不同可对成骨细胞功能产生双相作用,Zn1×10-7g/ml、Mg1×10-5g/ml促进成骨细胞碱磷酶活性及蛋白质分泌,浓度太高太低都适得其反。另外,笔者还观察到微量元素对成骨细胞均有一个最佳浓度效应,认为微量元素应用于临床,对加速骨折愈合具有重要意义。
Osteoblasts were collected from the calvaria of spragua Dawley rat embryos in which the cell were digested by collagenase. The cell’s morphology and it’s secretory functions were investigated. After cultured 1 ̄2 weeks, it was diseovered that the conditioned medium Zn 1×10 7 ,Mg 1×10 5 g/ml could stimulates the synthesis of cell proteins and elevate the activity of alkaline phosphatase,and each trace element had an optimum effective concentration response to the osteoblasts.
