摘要
所有项目建设都包含风险,加强风险管理,尤其是重视项目风险监控是提高项目建设水平,保证项目系统目标实现的重要措施。分析了项目风险监控目标和进行项目风险监控的步骤,提出了项目风险监控的方法。
All the construction of projects have risks. To strengthen risk management, especially to attach importance to the monitoring of project risks is the important measure to enhance the level of project construction and guarantee the fulfillment of the system aims of the project. Having analyzed the aims of monitoring project risks and having analyzed the steps of monitoring project risks, we put forward the method of monitoring project risks.
