摘要
本文以江苏省太仓市为实例,结合当今国内快速城市化地区水资源的保护现状,吸取了美国等发达国家对于城市水资源保护的先进理念和科学方法,有针对性地提出了基于科学发展观的当地水资源保护的有效措施,可供类似地区借鉴。
<Abstrcat>In this article, firstly we analyzed the situation of water resource protection in China today, and then we selected Taicang City,Jiangshu Province to be the pilot city, of our research. This article was due to the important announcement about Smart Growth in China by Chairman Hu in 2004. We also extracted the successful Smart Growth experiences of the developed countries such as USA. Then we summed up the useful measures we should take to cherish our water resource. It may be useful to the similar local governments.
