摘要
分析了塑件生产过程中模具内气体的来源及其对注塑生产的危害,阐述了塑料注射模设计时选择排气部位的原则与方法,论述了排气槽截面尺寸计算的理论,举例说明了CAE技术在塑料注射模排气系统设计中的应用。
The paper analyzes the air source in the mould an d its bad effect on the plastic injection production in the plastic article production process, then explains the selection principle and method of the air exhaust part in the plastic injection air exhaust slot sectional dimension computation. Finally, the paper explains the application of the CAE technique in the air exhaust system d esign of the plastic injection mould.
