摘要
利用反相高效液相色谱法对雷公藤甲素进行了鉴别,色谱条件C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),检测波长218nm,流动相分别为甲醇水—60∶40(V/V)和甲醇水—5050(V/V);通过实验建立了一种简便、快速、准确、鉴定出雷公藤甲素的方法,为生药真伪的快速鉴别及药品的质量监测提供理论依据.
A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed for the identification of triptolide. The samples were analysed on C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)column with mobile phase of methanol : water=60:40(V/V) and methanol : water=50:50(V/V) respectively by using ultraviolet absorbance detector at 218mn . This method was simple, fast, accurate and it provided a theoric support for the identification of traditional Chinese herb and the quality standard of certain medicine containg triptolide.
