摘要
盐生和非盐生植物自身的结构就有很大的差异,盐生植物的离子运输系统较非盐生植物更积极主动的利用外界的盐分,有的盐生植物甚至生有盐腺可将多余的盐分泌出体外.另有许多耐盐的植株可分泌渗调质,由于这些物质大多数与水具有较强的亲和能力从而使得植株对盐胁迫和干旱胁迫具有一定的抗性,基因工程研究中,把合成这些渗调质的基因导入植物中将使植株具有较强的抗盐性.
There are many differences between the structure of halophyte and the structure of non-halophyte. The ion transportation system of halophyte more positively use the salt which come from the external environment than the non-halophyte, some of the halophyte even has the salt gland which can secrete the surplus salt to the external. In addition, many plants that are able to tolerance the salt can secrete the Osmoprotectants, most of that have the powerful ability to combine with water, the ability makes the plants bear the salt-force and the arid-force. In the study of gene engineering, we can transform all these osmoprotectants' gene into the plant in order to make the plant tolerance the salt-force.
