大连地处环渤海经济圈和东北亚经济区的中心地带,堪称“东北之窗”.将大连建设成为东北亚国际航运中心,对于振兴东北老工业基地具有重要的战略意义.本文通过对大连航运现状条件的详尽分析,提出了加快把大连建设成为东北亚国际航运中心的方向与举措.

Dalian, which can be rated as “the Northeast window”, is located in the central belt of the circle surrounding the Bohai Sea and the economic zone of the Northeast Asia. To build Dalian into the international shipping centre of the Northeast Asia, it has very important strategic significance for revitalizing the traditional industrial base in the Northeast. This paper analyses the conditions in the current shipping situation of Dalian in detail, and puts forward the direction and measures of accelerating building Dalian into the international shipping centre of Northeast Asia.
