摘要
提出了一种考虑联络线暂态稳定性约束的最优潮流计算方法,利用等微增率准则及其近似线性的特性,通过寻找发电机有功出力变化量与联络线输送有功变化量之间的关系快速确定联络线输送功率的极限,并用此极限值作为最优潮流中的不等式约束。该方法较好地解决了考虑暂态稳定约束后计算负担过重的问题。在一个简化的系统上对文中提出的方法进行了验证,证明了其有效性。
An optimal power flow calculation method considering transient stability constraints of tie-lines is proposed. Using the guiding principles of equal incremental and its approximate linear characteristic and by means of searching the relation between the variation of active power output of generators and that of active power transmitted by tie-lines the transmitted power limit of tie-lines can be quickly determined, and this power limit is taken as the inequality constraint in optimal power flows. The proposed method can well solve the problem, namely too much calculation amount to be carried out after the transient stability constraints are considered. The proposed method is validated by a simplified system.
