摘要
由于硅油减振器比橡胶减振器具有较好的降低曲轴扭振的性能,通过试验对比分析某四缸发动机曲轴装橡胶减振器及硅油减振器的性能指标,采用硅油减振器后明显降低曲轴扭振的主要谐次的振幅、最大扭振应力及发动机前端的噪声,使曲轴运转更平稳、发动机工作更可靠。
The silicone oil damper is better than the rubber damper at torsional vibration damping. Through the comparative analysis and test of the performances of a four-cylinder engine with a silicone oil damper and with a rubber damper, it was found that the main resonant torsional vibration amplitute, the maximum tensional stress of the crankshaft, and the noise from the front end of the engine are more lower as the engine was fitted with a silicone oil damper, therefore the crankshaft runs more stably and the engine works more reliably.
