摘要
对广东省某中医院及两个分院就诊的门诊及病房病人进行了问卷调查,对调查结果进行了分析探讨,总结了影响医疗服务满意度的因素,并对提高医疗服务满意度及优化门诊与病房服务水平提出了建议与对策。
A survey on in- and out-patients' satisfaction was con ducted in certain hospitals in Guangdong Province. As a resulting report, this a rticle analyzes and interprets the findings, namely the current situation of pat ients' care, their satisfaction level and the influential factors. Constructive suggestions on satisfaction improvement are advanced.
