摘要
用增值性和选择性培养基从活性污泥中分离出高絮凝活性物质微生物B-1,用B-1对高岭土悬浊液进行絮凝性能实验研究。试验结果表明,B-1对高岭土悬浊液的最佳絮凝pH值为7.0~8.0,最佳絮凝温度为35℃左右,絮凝过程中最优投加量为20~25mL·L-1;Ca2+、Mg2+等离子对其絮凝活性有很好的促进作用。研究表明,B-1还对多种废水具有很好的净化效果。
Microbial flocculate B-1 is separated from high activated sludge by breeding and selectivity-media and is used in experimental research of microbial flocculation properties of kaolinite suspension. The experimental result shows that,the best pH value is 7.0~8.0,the best flocculation temperature about 35 ℃, optimal dosage of B-1 20~25 mL/L. It is found out that, Ca^(2+) and Mg^(2+) can greatly promote the flocculation. Furthermore, the research shows that, B-1 has an excellent effect in purifying various waste water or suspension.
