可调式胸腰椎前路固定器治疗脊柱骨折伴截瘫

Treatment of Spinal Fracture with Neurologic Deficits by Adjustable Anterior Thoraco Lumbar Fixatorn

我们自行设计出一种可调式胸腰椎前路固定器，以粗大螺纹钉置入椎体和坚强螺棒作支柱。具有结构简单稳固、可调性和易于操作的特点。用于脊柱骨折伴截瘫患者２２例。术后６～２６月随访，全部病例骨折处已产生骨性融合，未发现固定器松动、弯曲或断裂。因此，认为该固定器不失为一种有效的胸腰椎前路固定器械。

We used ourself made adjustable anterior fixator to treat 22 patients of thoracic and lumbar spinal frature with neurologic deficits. All of these cases were follwoed up from 6 26 months. Roentgenographic examination showed the bonyconsolidation between the vertebral bodies. No loosening, bending, and failure of the devices were found. The results indicated that the application of this device was simple and safe, and it was a better spinal fixator for thoraco lumbar spine .
