摘要 以多聚磷酸铵(APP)_季戊四醇(PT)_三聚氰胺(M)为膨胀型阻燃体系(IFR),氯化橡胶为基材树脂,制备阻燃涂料.聚氨酯的多异氰酸酯预聚体树脂,含有氨酯键结构,可作为IFR的气源,又与氯化橡胶有较好的相容性;其异氰酸酯基能与IFR中的活泼氢发生重键加成反应,通过表面接枝的方法,将IFR微胶囊化,SEM证明了该技术增强了阻燃剂与底材的相容性,提高防火涂料的耐水性. Ammonium polyphosphate(APP)-pentaerythritol(PT)- melamine( M) systems have been chosen as an intumescent flame retardant(IFR),chlorination rubber as matrix resin to prepare flame resistant coating.Isocyanate-containing component of polyurethane can be used as gas source of IFR,showing good compatibility with matrix material. The isocyanate group can react with reactive H of IFR. By interface grafting method , the microencapsulated IFR were formed. SEM showed that compatibility of IFR with matrix, and water resistibility of coating were improved.
