摘要
首次应用人脱蛋白骨(h-DPB)、人脱蛋白骨/骨形成蛋白(h-DPB/BMP)、羟基磷灰石(HAP)、HAP/BMP作比较,修复兔颅顶骨缺损并探讨其成骨差异。78只大白兔被随机匀分A、B两组,在兔颅顶骨两侧对称各制造直径为1cm的圆形骨缺损,将按实验要求制备好的h-DPB/BMP、HAP/BMP、h-DPB、HAP分别植入A组和B组兔左右骨缺损内。移植材料内的35S、45Ca和灰量的测定结果及组织学、X光摄片检查结果表明,四种移植材料的成骨能力依次是:h-DPB/BMP>HAP/BMP(P<0.05)>h-DPB和HAP(P<0.01),而h-DPB和HAP无显著性差异(P>0.05)。认为,h-DPB来源丰富,成本低,比HAP更适合作BMP的载体,h-DPB/BMP是目前较理想的骨移植材料。
This paper reports the difference
between human deproteined bone (h-DPB),composite of h-DPB and bone morphogenetic pro-tein
(h-DPB /BMP).composite Hydroxyapatite(HAP/BMP)and HAP in repairing rabbits skull bone
defects. Seventy-eight adultwhite rabbits were averagely divided into A and B groups at random.
The experimental models were made by trephined 1 cm circulardefects in the both parietal bone
of each rabbit. Each rabbit bone defects in A group were grafted into one h-DPB/BMP and
oneHAP/BMP in B group one h-DPB and one HAP, The35 S、45Ca contents and ash weight of
the implants were measured and theirroentgenological and histological changes were observed.
The results showed, that the osteogenesis of the graft materials was
h-DPB/BMP>HAP/BMP(P<0.05)>h-DPB and HAPP<0.01).No statistical defferences were found
between h-DPB and HAP.We conclude that deproteined bone are better as a carrier of BMP than
HAP, and worthy to be recommended for clinical use.
