不同贮藏条件对苦卖菜种子寿命和活力的影响 被引量:3

摘要 本文通过研究不同贮藏条件对苦卖菜种子寿命和活力的影响表明:苦卖菜种子贮藏最佳条件为:低温(- 10~- 4℃)塑袋包装,安全含水量为8 5 %左右,种子活力极显著提高,种子寿命可达4~5年,种用寿命为1~3年,比对照提高1~2年。研究还表明:温度为其贮藏条件的主要限定因子,其次为水分;常温常湿下种子劣变过程中其体内呼吸酶活性下降,细胞透性加大,种子寿命缩短。
