摘要
检察预防工作经过几年探索取得一定成效,但要突破目前瓶颈之囿,必须强化检察预防工作的规范性和有效性,构筑长效机制,才能全面提升预防工作水平。
The procuratorial organs has procured the effect in the field of prevention to a certain extent after several years explo- ration,however,to break through the bottleneck at the present time to entirely advance the work of prevention,the normativi- ty and validity of procuratorial prevention should be enhanced and a chronically effective mechanism should be established.
