忽视证据或者不准确掌握和理解刑事证据的采信标准,就无法保障法律监督活动的准确性和实效性。因此,检察官不仅要树立科学的证据观,而且要掌握审查判断证据的能力。应当严格把握证据的关联性,严格审查证据的可采性,以及注重证据的证明能力。

The veracity and effectiveness of legal supervision activities can not be guaranteed without the attention to evidence and the proof standard of criminal cases.Therefore,the public prosecutors should not only set up an scientific attitude of evi- dence,but also grasp the skills to value the evidence.The relevancy,admissibility and legal requirement of evidence should be strictly followed in criminal procedure.
