35～55岁女性抑郁及其影响因素的研究

The study on depression of women aged 35 ～55 and influence factors

目的:了解35～55岁女性抑郁状况及其影响因素,以对中年女性的心理保健提供依据.方法:随机抽取529例35～55岁中年人,进行<Beck抑郁问卷>、<社会支持评定量表>以及自拟一般情况调查.结果:35～55岁女性与男性抑郁得分差异无显著性意义.35～45岁女性抑郁得分显著高于45～55岁女性.小学及以下文化的女性抑郁得分显著高于高中、大专及以上女性的抑郁得分.女性抑郁得分与社会支持各因子分呈显著的负相关.本研究35～55岁女性抑郁发生率为28.17%.抑郁女性社会支持总分、主观支持及支持利用度显著低于非抑郁女性相应得分(P＜0.01).结论:中年女性抑郁发生率较高,受年龄阶段、文化程度、社会支持等因素的影响;中年女性的心理卫生不容忽视.

Objective:To understand depression of women aged 35~55 and affected factors in order to provide evidence of mental health for the middle aged women.Methods:By random sampling 529 women aged 35~55 were investigated with Beck Depression Inventory, Social Support Rating Scales and self-made commonly condition questionnaire. Results:There was no significant difference on depression scores between women and men aged 35~55. The depression scores of women aged 35~45 were higher than that of women aged 45~55. The depression scores of women with the primary school and below were markedly higher than that of women with the senior high school, junior college and over.There were significantly negative correlations between depression scores and some factors scores of social support in women aged 35~55.The incidence rate of depression was 28.17 percent for women aged 35~55 in this study. The total scores, subject support factor scores and support utilization scores of depression women were markedly lowed than that of no depression women.Conclusion:The incidence of depression in the middle aged women is higher and affected by age phases, culture degree and social support. It is no neglect to mental health for the middle aged women.
