ZnS-Zn^(2+)纳米溶胶作为共振光散射探针检测γ-G球蛋白 被引量:2

摘要 用超声制备了较稳定的无机纳米溶胶ZnSZn2+,该纳米粒子共振光散射峰强,λZnSZn2+=325nm。研究中发现γG球蛋白与之结合后对共振光散射有很强的增敏作用,据此建立了以ZnSZn2+纳米溶胶为探针的共振光散射法检测γG球蛋白。本法操作简便,γG球蛋白在0.1~2.0mg/L范围呈现较好的线性,检出限为0.0403mg/L。 Zinc-enriched zinc sulfide nanoparticles (ZnS-Zn 2+ ) have been prepared. The nanoparticles are water-soluble and biocompatible. It can be used as a resonance light scattering(RLS) probe for the determination of gamma-globulin human. Under the optimum conditions, the response is linearly proportional to the concentration of gamma-globulin human from 0.1 to 2.0 mg·L -1 , and the linit of detection is 0.040 3 mg·L -1 . In comparison with organic dye probes, these nanoparticles probes are brighter, more stable against photobleaching, and less suffering from blinking.
