摘要
研究了以高锰酸钾消化,冷原子荧光法测定水质中汞的最佳测定条件。汞含量在0.0025~0.075μg范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.99993,检出限为0.026μg.L-1。方法应用于水样中汞的测定,样品加标回收率在97.6%~117.0%之间,相对标准偏差在1.7%~5.7%之间。
The optimal conditions for determination of mercury in water by cold vapour generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry and for sample digestion with potassium permanganate are described. A good linear relationship is in the range of 0.002 5~0.075 g for Hg. The correlation coefficient is 0.999 93. The detection limit is 0.026 gL^(-1). The method has been applied to the determination of mercury in water. The recovery determined via adding standard is in the range of 97.6%~117.0%. The relative standard deviations are in the range of 1.7%~5.7%. The results are satisfactory.
