摘要 基于稀磷酸介质中亚硝酸根催化溴酸钾氧化靛蓝的褪色反应,建立测定痕量亚硝酸根的方法。方法检出限为1.36×10-6g.L-1,线性范围为0.012~0.08mg.L-1,回收率为98.0%~100.8%。方法已用于水中亚硝酸根的测定,结果满意。 A new method for the determination of trace amounts of nitrites on the basis of decoloration of indigo was established and reported. The oxidation reaction of indigo with bromate was catalyzed by nitrite in a medium of dilute phosphorus acid solution. Detection limit of the method was 1.3610^(-6)gL^(-1) with a linear range of 0.012~0.08 mgL^(-1) and a recovery of 98.0%~100.8%. The method has been applied to the determination of nitrite in water samples with satisfactory results.
