摘要 由于地层中油水粘度比差异大,普通稠油底水油藏普遍具有低含水期短和含水上升快的特点,而层内堵水工艺目前在国内外油田的应用尚处于探索阶段。本文介绍了泡沫剂稳定性、阻力因子以及气、液、泡沫剂比例优化等氮气泡沫层内堵水工艺先导试验研究和现场试验情况。在对部分成功和不成功井例试验效果分析的基础上,初步总结了氮气泡沫层内封堵工艺技术特点和选井规律,以指导下步该工艺的推广应用。 Water-cut usually increases rapidly in conventional heavy oil reservoirs with bottom water because of the big difference in oil/water viscosity ratio, and in-layer water plugging technology is still in a stage of trial and error both at home and abroad. This paper addresses the pilot and field tests of in-layer water plugging with nitrogen foam, including the stability and resistance factor of foam agent, and optimization of gas, liquid and foam agent proportion. The results of both successful and failed tests are analyzed. The features of this technology and the rule of well selection are concluded to guide the popularization of in-layer plugging by nitrogen foam.
