摘要
采用聚合酶链反应结合分子杂交技术对多种已知支原体、模似临床标本、临床标本,以及动物模型进行研究,建立了一套可在2小时内对肺炎支原体(MP)感染作出诊断的实验方法,结果表明,此方法对MP具有高度特异性,与其它支原体无交叉反应,检测灵敏度可达1ccu(相当于10~40个MP)。检测了200例临床病例标本,有35例阳性,与血清学方法基本相符。此方法简便、快速、成本低廉,适合临床应用。
AbstractIt is important to develop rapid sensitive and spe-cific methods for the diagnosis of mycoplasmapncumonial infection in order to facilitate early anti-biotic treatment. We used the polymerase chain reac-tion (PCR) to detect the mytoplasma pneumoniae. Wefirst set up the animal model by inoculatingmycoplasma pneumoniae to sunulate the process ofmycoplasma pneumoniae infection in human body;each animal inoculated gave a positive result in bothculture and PCR: by which I CCU of mycoplasmapneumoniae could be detected. PCR was positive in 35of the 200 cases with acute respira-tory symptoms:serological tests also confinned that most of the 35cases had acute mycoplasma pneumoniae infections.The procedures of the PCR, including sample collec-tion and proeessing, can be finished with 2 hours.
