钢板激光多次扫描弯曲成形的数值模拟 被引量:5

Numerical simulation of multiple-irradiation laser bending process of steel plate

摘要 利用有限元分析软件MSC.Marc,建立了中厚钢板激光多次扫描弯曲成形过程的三维弹塑性非线性热力耦合有限元模型.计算了整个激光弯曲成形过程中温度场、应力场和位移场的分布.实时测量了板材自由端一点位移和下表面三点温度随时间的变化.计算结果和实验结果吻合较好.用建立的模型分析了多次扫描过程中随扫描次数增加弯曲增量逐渐减小的原因.为激光弯曲成形工艺的实际应用奠定了理论基础. A three-dimensional elastoplastic nonlinear thermo-mechanical coupled finite element model was built up using the finite element analytical software MSC.Marc, which described the bending process in a steel plate following multiple irradiation of laser. The temperature field, stress field and displacement field of steel plate during laser bending process were calculated. The displacement of a point at free-edge of the plate and the temperature of three points in bottom surface of the plate were measured at real time in experiments. The simulation results agree well with the experimental results. The reasons that the bending angle decreases with the increase of irradiation times are analyzed by using the built model.
