出生至7月龄儿麻疹抗体水平的母婴配对检测

DETECTION AND EVALUATION OF MEASLESVIRUS SPECIFIC IgG ANTIBODY IN INFANTS AND THEIR MOTHERS

通过ＥＬＩＳＡ方法，检测２３２对出生～７月龄儿母婴血清中麻疹特异性ＩｇＧ抗体水平。揭示被检测母亲９１．３８％血清麻疹抗体水平为１：８００或以下，脐血血清中母源性麻疹抗体５５．００％为１：２００或低于１：２００，而５月龄婴儿９８．２８％为１：２００或以下。证明了孕龄妇女血清麻疹抗体水平大多不高，而出生～７个月龄婴儿的母源性抗体不足以保护婴儿不受麻疹病毒感染。

AbstractMeasles virus specific serum IgG antibody levelswere measured by ELISA in 232 infants from newbomto 7 months of age and paired with their mothers. Theresults showed that the level of specific IgG antibodyin gl .38% of mothers was 1 : 800 or lower, in 55% ofcord blood was 1 : 200 or lower and in 96.55% of in-fants of 5 months of age was 1: 200 or lower. Theseresults suggest that specific IgG antibody to measlesvirus of pregnant women is not so high and matemalantibody in infants under 7 months of age declinedsignificantly, which can not proteet the infants frommeasles virus infection.
