分析、研究了新显色试剂2-(2’-喹啉偶氮)-5-二乙氨基苯甲酸(QADEAB)的红外吸收光谱、核磁共振氢谱和质谱等的谱学特性,并对其基峰以及主要碎片离子形成的机制和裂解规律进行了解析与探讨。

2-(2-quinolinylazo)-5-diethylamino-benzoic acid, a new chromogenic reagent was synthesized, and its spectroscopic properties including IR, H NMR and MS were studied. The formation mechanism of base peak and major fragment ions in MS were discussed.
