摘要
在Al2O3颗粒增强聚氨酯基复合材料耐磨性的研究基础上,采用具有最佳耐磨性的复合材料配方,进行了砂浆泵护板涂覆及产品实用性研究。经过企业在实际工况下的试用,涂覆复合材料的砂浆泵护板使用寿命达到现有高铬铸铁产品的3倍,而成本只提高了1.24倍。
On the basis of wear resistance research on polyurethane matrix composites reinforced with aluminum oxide particles, component of slurry pump coated by the composites with optimum proportion was manufactured. By the probation test under real working condition, the service life of the component with polyurethane composites coating was found 3 times longer than that of the high chromium cast iron while the cost was 1.24 times higher. Therefore, the polyurethane matrix composites had brilliant prospect of industry application.
