应用流式细胞术检测微量残留白血病

DETECTION OF MINIMAL RESIDUALDISEASE IN ACUTE LYMPHOBLASTICLEUKEMIA BY FLOW CYTOMETRY

应用流式细胞术（ＦＣＭ），结合免疫双标记技术，对１１３例次急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿进行了微量残留白血病（ＭＲＤ）检测。结果表明，ＦＣＭ结合免疫双标记技术检测ＭＲＤ敏感度可达到０．０１％，是一种简便实用、快速敏感的方法。ＭＲＤ检测对于判断预后以及制定个体化的化疗方案有重要意义。

AbstractDetection of minimal residual disease in leukemia isone of the important problems in today’s leukemia re-search. This study combined flow cytometric assess-ment of cell surface antigens and nuclear TdT for de-tection of minimal residual disease (MRD). The MRDwas detected in 113 children with acute lyinphoblasticleukemia. Thgresults of the study dernonstrated thatdouble color imrnunological marker analysis with flowcytometry for detection of MRD is a sirnple, rapid andreliable method. The sensitivity of the assay was esti-mated to be 0. 01%. The results also indicated that de-tection of MRD could be useful for adaotation or indi-vidualization of treatment of acute lymphoblasticleukemia
