摘要
采用有机途径、无机途径的溶胶-凝胶法制备具有耐蚀性能的LiCoO2的涂层。研究结果表明:两种途径涂层在热处理过程中物相结构的变化是类似的,在干凝胶状态下为非晶态结构,400℃已晶化,物相为Li0.4CoO2;650℃涂层晶化已趋于完整,最终得到的涂层物相结构为LiCoO2。两种途径制备的锂钴复合氧化物都具有良好的高温耐蚀性能,无机途径涂层的耐蚀性又略好于有机途径涂层。
LiCoO_2 anticorrosive coatings were made via two ways,i.e., organic and inorganic sol-gel processes. The phase transition of the two coatings was similar during thermal treatment process. Their structure was non-crystalline in dry gel state. The coatings started to crystallize and produced Li_ 0.4CoO_2 at 400℃. At 650℃, the coatings trended to completely crystallize and get a final phase composition of LiCoO_2. The two coatings made by organic and inorganic ways were better than stainless steel in terms of the corrosion resistance.
