听神经瘤误诊分析

Analysis of Misdiagnostic Acoustic Neuroma

对经耳鼻咽喉科首诊，最终由神经外科手术全切或部分切除的经病理证实的７２例听神经瘤进行早期误诊分析，误诊时间平均５．５年，误诊病种为神经性耳聋、突发性耳聋、神经性耳鸣、颈椎病、鼻咽癌等。文中重点讨论了误诊原因。

cases(74 tumors)of acoustic neuroma pathologically confirmed after operation were analysed with special regard to the misdiagnosis made in their initial seeking for medical adviee from ENT doctors.The average period of misdiagnosis was 5.48 years.The disease entities that the acoustic neuroma had been mistaken for were sensorineural hearing loss of unknown origin,idiopathic sudden deafness,tinnitus of unknown origin, eervical osteophytosis,nasopharyngeal carcinoma,etc. Emphasis was placcd on the discussion of various causes of misdiagnosis.
