摘要
为提高洪水预报软件的可靠性、稳定性及可维护性,从分析以新安江洪水预报模型为代表的概念性水文模型洪水预报系统的计算原理和参数特点出发,遵循组态设计的思路,设计了洪水预报实时系统所需参数及站网配置信息的存储方式和洪水预报系统软件。设计思路应用于柘溪水库调度自动化系统的洪水预报子系统中,并能将该软件配合相应流域的参数及站网配置信息推广到其他流域。
For improvement of the reliability, stability and maintainability of flood forecasting real-time system, proceeding from the analysis of the calculation principle and parameter characteristics of the conceptual flood forecasting model, represented by the Xinanjiang model, following the idea of configuration design, the storage mode for the parameters and station configuration for the flood forecasting real-time system, as well as the software are designed. This idea is applied to the flood forecasting subsystem of the reservoir dispatching automation system of Zhexi hydropower station. The software can be popularized to other drainage basins along with corresponding parameters and station configuration.
