因地制宜、结合实际情况、制定钢箱提篮拱主拱钢箱加工的步骤、施工工艺和方法;通过设计和修建钢箱提篮拱,主拱钢箱的制造、焊接、拼装、运输和工地安装、焊接等工序,找出最合理的钢箱施工方案,为日后在设计类似结构时提供一些可借鉴的经验。
The processing and fabrication procedures, technology and methods for steel boxes of the basket-handle arch of Xiaowan Bridge in Yunnan have been formulated in the light of the specific conditions at site. The most reasonable construction schemes for the steel boxes are obtained through the design and construction of the Bridge, or to be exact, through the processing, fabrication, welding, assembling, transportation, and site erection and welding of the Bridge arch, and the experiences that deserve reference are provided for similar structures to be designed in the future.
