秘鲁属南美地区大国,地理及地质构造上分成海岸岩基带、安第斯山褶皱带及亚马逊盆地,金矿成矿具有明显的时间及空间规律性,岩金矿床可归纳成3类成矿模型,砂金矿床则分布于南部地区。全国可分成15个远景区(含厄瓜多尔南部) ,具有较好的找矿前景,找矿标志明显,开采条件简单。全国金矿地质工作程度差,有广阔的资源勘探开发远景。

Peru is a great South American power,the geologic structure of which is made up of coast batholithic belt,Andes fold zone and Amazon basin.The gold mineralization has obvious regularity in time and space.The lode gold deposits can be classified into 3 types,and the gulch-gold deposits are distributed in southern regions.Fifteen prospective zones have good exploration perspective,the indicator is obvious,and the ores are easy to mine.As the geologic prospecting is far from satisfactory,a very good exploration perspective can be expected.
