摘要
烧碱生产中,采用SZ系列水环压缩机的氢处理工序存在槽压不易控制、氢气产量不足等问题。通过对工艺流程的分析,将原流程中的水环泵的系统水由液封槽直接排放,通过增加1台螺旋板换热器改造为闭路循环,解决了电解槽氢气槽压经常出现大幅度波动、氢气槽压不好调节、水环泵检修周期短、水环泵结垢严重、用户氢气不够用等问题。并进行了螺旋板换热器换热面积的确定。
In the hydrogen treatment procedure adopting SZ series water ring compressors in caustic soda production,there were some problems,such as difficulty in cell voltage control and inadequate hydrogen gas output.Based on the analysis on the process,the system water in the water ring compressors in the old process was discharged directly from the liquid seal tank,and the circulation became closed by adding a spiral heat exchanger.And then the problems existing in the old process,such as frequent fluctuation by a big margin of pressure in hydrogen gas tank,difficulty in adjustment of pressure in hydrogen gas tank,short maintenance period of water ring pump,serious scaling in water ring pumps and inadequate hydrogen gas amount for hydrogen gas users,had been solved.The heat exchange area of the spiral heat exchanger had also been determined.
