摘要 为了强化对光缆线路的监管力度,深圳市供电局采用了光缆监测与资源管理系统。该系统有效地解决了通信调度部门所面临的线路管理维护被动、测试手段单一和故障定位精度差等问题。文中从该系统的建设目标、总体结构设计和功能作用等诸方面进行了详细的论述。 In order to strengthen the supervision of the optical cable,Shenzhen power supply bureau has adopted the optical cable supervision control and the resource administrative system. This system effectively solves some problems met by dispatching department such as passive line managing and maintenance,test measure singularity,low precision of fault location,etc. Some suggestions are discussed in detail from the viewpoints of construction goal,general structural design and function role of this system.
