摘要
对移动通信中Java手机的汉字处理出现的问题进行了分析与探讨,提出了基于UNICDOE编码的且使用UTF-8编码做存贮与交换的解决方法,详细阐述了UNICODE与UTF-8编码之间的转换算法。
This paper analyzes the problem of Chinese code on Java phones, presents a way (using UTF-8) to store and exchange the code of Chinese based on UNICODE, and devises an algorithem to convert codes between UNICODE and UTF-8.
