摘要
由于燃气轮机燃烧室内复杂的物理化学变化,利用数学模拟的方法来研究,对减小燃烧室研制费用,缩短研制周期具有重要意义。对QD128型燃气轮机燃烧室燃烧天然气进行了数值模拟,在模拟过程中采用了雷诺应力模型、EBU-Arrheniue湍流燃烧模型和六通量辐射模型来描述其燃烧流动过程,运用FLUENT软件求解了三维流场和温场分布。计算结果能够很好地反映环形燃烧室燃烧流动特点,对预测环形燃烧室内的燃烧流动有一定参考价值。
Due to the complicated physical and chemical change in a gas turbine combustor,it is important to reduce the cost and time of researching using numerical simulation method.Three-dimensional combustion flow in an annular combustor of QD128 gas turbine was studied numberically using the FLUENT software.The RSM Reynolds-stress turbulence model,EBU-Arrheeniue turbulent combustion model and six-flux heat radiation model were applied to predict the combustion process in the annular combustion.Simulated results indicate that the characteristics of combustion flow in the annular combustor is well shown and is valuable to predict actual combustion flow condition in annular combustor.
