This paper narrates the overflow cross the dam in the different stages under concrete damconstruction period during the flood season,and creates the influence to the dam,downstream,hydraulic structure,river bed,bank and so on,and suggests some means to guarantee the dam safety during the flood season and reduce the project loss.
