红外热像图诊断慢性盆腔炎305例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Chronic Pelvic Inflammation diagnosed with Infrare Rays Image

目的分析红外热像扫描图对慢性盆腔炎的诊断价值。方法采用红外热像扫描图对305例慢性盆腔炎进行扫描、测量和分析。结果红外热像图与临床及妇检结果符合率为96.72%。热图温度显示患侧附件区、子宫区部位温度与周边比较,大多增高0.6℃或0.6℃以上,占89.84%。结论热图能客观反映慢性盆腔炎的炎症、疼痛相应部位温度变化特征,对慢性盆腔炎的诊断有重要的临床参考价值。

Objective To introduce the diagnostic value of infrared rays image for chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods 305 cases of chronic pelvic inflammation patients were screened, detected and analyzed retrospectively. Results The fit rate of infrared rays and diagnosis of clinical detection was 96.72%. The Imaging showed that the temperature of uterus and ovary and their peripheral area had increased about 0.6 Co in 89.84%. Conclusion There could be closed relation between the infrared rays and clinical diagnosis in chronic pelvic inflammation. The heat imaging could reflect the characteristics change of inflammation and pain and might be valuable for clinical diagnosis.
